auging your epic 1.5

yeah. back in the day when potime was the shit VDD's were the best agro weapon for 2h, and the best dps. rangers would use them and could steal agro from the MA unless they turned off attack. its called pulsing. turning off attack works good. or fd for a few seconds.

i'll find a way and make a seperate post about it.

I will never put a anger aug on my weapon! I can go allday and never run out of mana. so if i really want to i can gank aggro. Let the MT do the tanking.

I will be going with a DMG aug and a life tap aug.

If an SK or Pally needs an anger aug to keep agro, your raid is doomed. Lifetap on the SK 1.5 for teh win......

like i said. i'm tankin not trying to do dps.

but it like how everyone so far has said that a knight doesn't need anything that is geared towards inducing agro in their weapon becuase random agro can become a liability.

well don't know if you guys noticed but all warriors have during defensive is taunt kick and those random agro procs. and the funny thing is, and really laugh with me. a defensive warrior vs a defesive knight besides the duration being 2 minutes(right?) is 5% mitigation. but knights lock agro that much better. so why don't we use knights to tank during non EP boss mobs since they'll hold agro that much better.

obviously we're not gonna use knights to do this unless the knight already has better AC hp defensive AA's. but thats just kinda my sarcastic comeback.
and like i said. just becuase you can't gank my agro through pure dps doesn't mean that someone else in my group one day won't be able to.

Seriously unless your planning on bagging your epic when your not MA on a Raid Mob sounds like a horrible Idea for knights to use agro augs in the 1.5..
If a Knight is MA Holdin agro is pretty damn easy .. compared to a War. anyway...Might think about some 125point lifetaps or some 175DD augs from DoN .... Pingponging Agro in a raid situation can only lead to bad times...And as far as only %5 mitigation diffrence... might take into consideration that for first 30 seconds War mitigates 100% then the next 3 min 40%mitigation .. then he can proc a rune disc lasts about a min..random mitigation% then after that ... about 5 min he is down to the 5% mitigation bonus..

tanks - of all tank classes carry some non aggro blades for when you are DPS.

All the newb knights think it's cool to take aggro from the main tank, even though warriors don't get any aggro spells or anything. I think they have a guild. Now that you have your 1.5, if you put some anger augs in it, you could be the main tank!! Man, that's exciting!! I can steal aggro with my 8k nukes all the time, can I join?!?!?

well skexis. like jumjam said. the 175 dd aka chaotic strike 4 can actually do more agro then EB.

so really thats not such a great idea.

on further investigation and actually breaking my 1.5.

i've got enraging blow and chaotic strike 4 in there right now.

and after a little practice in some DON's i got agro management figured out.
any more agro would be a little insane. but fun to cockfight jumjam with on raids.
i might switch EB out for a lifetap eventually. but i like it the way it is now. don't really use taunt right now and i used to button mash it for refresh.

on inc snare and use oow terror spell and as long as the chanty doesn't get too many resist just bashing for the rest of the fight lets me keep agro.
