Change in DKP site - retired players

Postby Serano » Mon Jul 11, 2005 12:14 pm

I have made it so that our members that are clearly retired but still Tagged TF - no longer show up in our DKP standings list.

This should clear up a lot of the confusion some have over where they stand so far as points etc. There are lots of inactives - that I didn't touch - cause I don't see them as retired yet.

ALL retired players retain their DKP until they return to raiding. The only way you lose your earned TF DKP is by typing /guildremove (or get thrown out). So if you are a retired player that still visits the boards (Kunglao) if you look at the dkp site and don't see your total, don't freak out - it is there, just hidden.

We are discussing whether to nuke guests that are not current apps DKPs as well --- it is under discussion. That would clear up a lot of the baggage that we have from some of our joint raids in the past.

Lavey and Casy were among the main reasons for figuring out how to do this. don't get me wrong - lub dem when they were here - but if they ever return to EQ - their points are here - but no reason to make it tougher to read where you stand if.... that matters to ya.
