Hello Tribal Fury

Postby lasaman » Mon Sep 20, 2010 8:25 pm

Hi, I play on a different Server. Our org is suffering low turnouts so we have been stuck in SoD for a good long while. How are things with you guys.
If possible, can an officer kindly contact me. Thank you.

Tribal Fury is no longer around, in much of a playing sense. Most active members went to other guilds.

But the guild still persists, in the way goofy's love of farm animals does.

While many guilds are suffering turnout issues, some are considering merges/transfers.

Hi, I am Lasa, Raid Leader of Test Server Friends (TSF), a EQ raiding organization on Test Server. I would like to extend my invites to anyone who has the same concern, but feels a little unsure of a server merge/transfer.

EQ has changed a lot in the recent years. The newer expansions (UF, and likely HoT) progression seem to require a full raid of hardcore players to advance in progression. Many servers are suffering a same problem - a decrease of population. Many guilds have bad turnout to attempt progression raids. While some may be considering server merges and server transfers, I would like to present an alternative.

/testcopy is a totally legit feature offered by SoE. Your character will not be transfered; instead, it makes a clone copy on Test Server. If you feel unhappy with the experience, you can go back to your server with your character unchanged.

Test Server does offer a few features to encourage players to participate. For examples, the experience rate is doubled. A flag would work for the whole raid (so you won't have to farm flags for the whole raid.)

TSF is seeking to meet more players from other servers and possibly boost up the force to overcome the bottlenecks in progression. You may find more information at: EQ-TSF.com.

Thank you.

years ago - if I had known about Test Server a few days earlier before I met Arielyn and Tribal Fury - I mighta restarted my EQ Career there.

man, I remember how elitist test people used to be vs anyone from another server. Seeing crossserver recruiting posts from TSF is weird.
