I think he might meen that too much EQ puts your body in a sleep like state where your torso and your legs don't move, thats like half sleep. Right? and if thats true then i only need to sleep for like 3 hrs on the days I play. And if thats true then I should play more cuz it would be better for my constitution. Which is a good thing, I think. Damn I need a nap after that one.
