Here is a guide to the Face aug;

Decipher code: I placed things like locations, name of mob your looking for etc directly below the quest item. if its a loc and there is no - in front of the number it means its a positive location. I also put the name of the zone the quest mob is in and the name of the zone where the quest is done next to each mission.
Also if your gonna go to a zone and work on the quest make sure you grab ALL quests for that zone so you don't miss stuff that you could have done / looted while you were already there.

Mission 18 is best done in a MINI RAID format. This is
Because there is a TON of high lvl mobs in steam factory close together and a bitch to split and kill. Oh sure Kiemmie can just Fd leaving the warrior going " um kim those mobs are looking at me funny....' then serine whispers "psst zah u gonna die"
sigh.....I digress tho ;p

Its 21 missions you can complete these missions in any order and you can do it over time. its not like you gotta do all 21 in a night. for a warrior this item is a MUST HAVE no option.

Im gonna post this then reply to this post with the write up so its in own Post so you can copy and paste it to a txt file, what i recommend is name the file Checklist *your toons name* Face aug then as you complete each quest DELETE it from the list

This way you always know where your at on the quest and which ones you still need.

6)SIX. Mechamatic Spelunking : DSH - Overvolt Rigster the IV-"explore"

SPECIAL NOTE: I would say an ENC is a MUST have for missions 6 - 9 !!!!
and you should get all 4 missions at once as you can work on them over several days.
to actually enter the giant robot you have to tell Overvolt Rigster the IV "Head into"
and then accept the mission. Run over to the giant robot and when you get near
his feet a popup window will appear on your screen asking if you want to ENTER
or be kicked. choose enter.

The robot is linear meaning you can only go one way. Its not possible
to get lost. Just keep going forward. Once you enter and clear the zone in
the first elevator is right there. You click the floor of the elevator to
activate it.

also as you get deeper you will find FOUR ground spawns. These ground spawns
are clickies that take you UP to that spot Each Ground spawn is called
Guardian Expediator 1 , 2 , 3 and 4.
You WANT these as the guardian is so big its unlikely you will finish in
one night. With these tho you can go back and start where you left off
basically. I banked mine for later. There are nice drops deepin the guardian
that these clickies can help you get to fast.Each person must pick up there
using their own clicky. The groundspawn respawns every 30seconds.

7)SEVEN. The Steamwork You're Looking For : DSH-Overvolt Rigster the IV- "scout clockworks"
[] Find the clockwork that Overvolt sent to scout the Mechamatic Guardian.
Scout Clockwork Arakyd can is at -290, -155, -378, on the same floor that the B-B
teleporter takes you to. You must be visible when you do the hand in.

SPECIAL NOTE: If the person handing in the Fuzzlecutter DIES you lose the mission and
must go get it again. You can have someone while dead drop mission #7
and go get a fresh one, then res and try again.
[] Give the Scout Clockwork Arakyd the Fuzzlecutter Motivator 5000.
[] Escort the Scout Clockwork to the nearest teleport pad.
Move slowly back to the teleport pad that brought you up to the 3rd level and
the Scout will follow you. If no mobs are in the way, this will take only about a minute

12a)TWELVE A. Disable the Recycler : Fort Mech - Gurtrude the Spymaster- "alone"
[] Kill 3 a steamwork skitterer
-Go to the northwest part of Fortress Mechanotus (the recycling area).
Go up the ladder and to the center of the platform. Three "a steamwork skitter" mobs will
spawn. Kill these to spawn three "a steamwork reaver" mobs.
Kill these to spawn the Waste Management Director.Kill him to get the task update,
then report back to Gertrude. ENC is nice to have for this. Also I would clear the mobs
on the platform near spawn loc FIRST before having person with quest go up ladder.

(There is no item reward.) I did this with 2 othersin my group at same time.
everyone got the updates and there was only one spawning of the mobs.

12b) Hunt a Spy : Fort Mech - Clockwork Warmarashal- "accept orders"
-You will need a group to complete the task. ENC is nice for this.
You must repeat it from the beginning for every member in the group that needs it
as the final mob only drops one turn-in piece.only one person at a time in the group
can have hunt a spy or it bugs. GO up 1st elevator to the 2nd Floor to label
marked on map "a steamwork spy".

[] 'Hail, a steamwork spy'
Take off invis when no mobs are in area and hail the spy. then invis up.
The spy will "electrify" and "feign death". Wait for it to get up again. When it does,
it'll appear to be trailing smoke as it runs like a bat out of hell yelling "FIRE".
Follow it closely as it heads to one of the garden enclosures.It will run inside and jump
into a pool of water and disappear from your targetting.

[] You will have a task update at this point.
Next, go back to the elevators and go up one more lvl to the 3rd Floor. Go west to
the label marked on map "camp spot for Hunt a spy". Invis up and go to spot on map
marked "spawn spy". Five mobs spawn (four spiders and the spy). Ignore the spy.

[] Kill 4 Spiders
After the spiders walk out of the room pull them, use an ENC to AE mez then kill them.
Before the last spider dies, the hailer should go to the elevator and be ready to hail
the spy. This is because he only stays at the elevator roughly 30 seconds before he
depsawns. you must not be invis when you hail him. He will ignore your hails untill
the last spider dies, IF he goes poof before you get the next update, go back to the
spot marked "spawn spy" and try again. This is basically a timed dps event, you must kill
the 4 spiders fast enough to be able to hail him before he despawns.

[] Hail the spy
SPECIAL NOTE: After you have killed the 4 spiders and hail him, the next part of the event
WON'T start until the person doing quest goes UP the elevator. Have that person wait at the
elevator where he hailed the spy. then have the rest of the grp go to the MMM entrance and
kill the 2 wandering mobs first. After that is done, have the person doing the quest, go
up the elevator, then walking around the top floor near the elevator will make the spy spawn.
Head to the MMM entrance where your grp is and wait.

{} Kill the two steamworks (they are NOT mezzable).
The spy will then walk to the MMM door, once he reaches the MMM door he Feign's Death and
2 steamwork guardians spawn quit a ways from the MMM door so you can see them coming.
They start walking towards you and once in range will aggro. They are immune to mez and
con dark blue at lvl 80, have your tank get aggro on the first one useing an arrow to get it
to the grp slightly ahead of the other one, do not do this too soon as you dont want the enhanced
guardians to add, beat it down roughly 10% so you have aggro locked then switch to the second one
and kill it, then kill 1st one. this allows your tank to hold aggro on both. After both are
dead spy jumps up. The best spot to fight the guardians is at the base of the ramp just be
careful NOT to knock either off as if that happens you will get adds and die. If you die you got
about 8 min to recover and reaggro the guaridans before they depop.

{} Kill the Spy.
The Spy will aggro on nearest person and attack so be ready to Kill the spy once both guardians die.
the spy drops "a Spy's Black Box" Loot and give to Clockwork Warmarshal.

NOTE: Every time you click the device, it will use either a Micro-Cog
or Class "A" Cog as ammunition. This will vary depending on the type
of the mob that you are attempting.

SPECIAL NOTE: collect 10 of each Cog A and micro cog.
Only try to swap out the gears when the mob is under 25% HP
Also before you ever click any mob have BOTH the cog A and micro Cog...
It will use both micro cog and cog A everytime sigh...
But if you don't have a micro cog, then it will use the cog A and give NO UPDATE...
It is still bugged and sometimes taking TWO cog A and those are rare.
So put them in bank and only carry ONE on you. click toolbox to switch
gears then return to bank for a new cog A. PITA I know but easier
than recamping a bunch of cog A drops. ONLY ONE person can swap gears on a mob
per kill.
The best place to pull these is on the bottom to the WEST of the Elevators along
the wall.

[] Speak to Steamwork Spy MK-VII at the Central Power Station - The Steam Factory
- he spawns when you get to spot marked on map, see label below
- there are two steamwork guardians that spawn as well. you must kill
these two guardians, no need to hail the spy first.

IMPORTANT: once the First Guardian dies, you MUST NOT die or zone
before the second guardian dies or you will not get the update.

[] The spy is missing! Find it all costs! - The Steam Factory
- to finish mission just return to the label marked steamwork spy mk-7
on map AFTER both guardians are dead. no need to hail the spy.

To spawn the spy go to label marked on map this will updatethe 2nd to last task item.
just run around to the back of the NW section - you will get the
spy along with 2 guards to spawn when you do this and yes - multiple groups
can spawn multiple spys / guards. So if one group is doing this have all
members run around the label marked on map a spy will spawn and then
kill the 2 guards - that group will then be able to get last updte. If 2 groups
or more are doing this in a raid setup have only ONE GROUP AT A TIME get
the 2nd to last update. Then pull, kill guards and have that group get final
update. Rinse and repeat as needed.

The only problem with killing the guards is: there are a lot of MOBs
around them. We cleared to the guards by pulling MOBs into the East hallway.
With one group doing this you may end up with respawn by the time you can
safely pull the guards - with two groups it's pretty easy.

ALTERNATE METHOD IF YOU HAVE SHD------------------------------------------

IF you have a shd, summon a low lvl pet, invis up, park pet next to guaridans
who do not see invis, go to east hallway, standing in door for line of sight,
tell pet to attack guaridan so mob aggros and starts running towards you,
cast snare, run down the east hall, FD while shouting "FOR PONY!!"

The guardian should now be in the hall snared, wait for other mobs to leave,
then have your tank PWN him. rinse and repeat for second guardian.
Invis up and go to the label on map where you spawned the spy. This will give you
your final update. No need to hail spy.
NOTE: You can buy all the parts from the Tinkering Merchant in Crescent Reach.

MK-I is at the zone-in. Hail him to get update.

[] Get report from Steamwork Spy MK-II. - S.H.I.P. Workshop
Take elevator marked up to 1st floor. There you will see a ramp going up, Go up this
ramp to second floor. Take the Inner door UP to 3rd Floor. MK-II is on the 3RD floor
in the north room. Once in the north room take elevator down, note its useally already
down so you can just jump down hole or click on lever to bring it up to you.
Hail him to get update.

[] Get report from Steamwork Spy MK-III. - S.H.I.P. Workshop
Take the Inner Door UP to 4th Floor. From there Follow labels outside to Mk-3.
Hail him to get the Update.

{} Find the Power Operations Manager. - S.H.I.P. Workshop
Take the Inner Door Down to 3rd Floor. He is in the south room and its marked
on map. Take the south hall to room, then take the elevator UP. Move to label marked
on map to spawn him.

[]Kill the Power Operations Manager - S.H.I.P. Workshop
Great way to kill him is have grp invis, and then have a shd snare him to pull him
over to your grp and then Feign Death. After other mobs leave. Kill Power operations manager.
Loot the Power Stabilization Notes. Be sure to only allow one person at a time to run towards
the center of the room to spawn him otherwise you'll get multiple spawns on top of each other.
While this is a solo task, it aint soloable.

Return to the inner ring and head up to the 4th Floor. Give the Power Stabilization Notes
to the Spy Mk-3.

NOTE: The Manufacturing Plant is the long rectangular room in the center of the zone.

To get the updates you simply click on three different boxes urrounding the walls of the
room and kill a quality control bot I that spawns with each cyrstal update. The boxes are
in plain sight on the FLOOR of the room. I sugest setting up a campfire in fort mech as the
timer continues to run even after all 3 quality control bots are killed. It wouldnt hurt to
bring 2 grps as 1 hour is real hard to complete this in. ONLY one quality control bot per box
can be up at a time so have everyone that has the mission click the box while invis and don't
worry about multiple spawns. The guardian control bot does not see invis.

SPECIAL NOTE: sony sucks sigh, when pulling for box 1 & 2 you will want to pull
"a steamsuit" up on the second floor, standing in corner where label marks area,
look up and you will see it, if you attack it from the ground floor, it will jump down without
aggroing others, at least it did for me each time I did this.

The reason for this is the mob CAN and WILL aggro during your fights.
a steamsuit uses Jet of flame AE raidus 5 and it does 7,500 DMG... it also has another
spell single target Mechanomagical Punch 6,000 dmg. So as you can tell having one add
while fighting is probably gonna suck. I barely survived having it add while fighting named
so I am just trying to give you a heads up so you don't get surprised like I did =)
