I worked for walmart for many many years. I hated that place, but it was a job. Alot of people hate their jobs, and their employers. I dont shop at wal-mart, I try not to even go in wal-mart, and if anyone might wonder why, this is one of the many reasons I hate their company.

This is just one of the many many ways their company screws over everyone. Parts of why I dont shop there and suggest others dont either.

What happen to the other 500,000 dollars? I see that she won the case and in that circumstance it wasn't extra ordinary amount of money so here legal fees should have been covered by the defandant.. I see Wal-Mart fucking up their PR machine with this one... However, this does teach you to read the fine print. It's a double edged sword.. Yeah it has a lot of profit but imagin supporting that many people with healthcare and imagin if there are a lot of other folks needing long term care under your medical plan which is charging you the bill.

Again I still think the money should somehow be magicly put BACK into their account... /shrug. I just love how the Clinton News Network spun that to make everything sound like Wal-Marts fault. When there are 4 Parties involved. The Mother, Trucking company, Wal-Mart, and the Greedy Lawyers...

Calling it the Clinton News Network is really funny when you remember that Hillary sat on the board of directors of Wal-Mart for six years, and never condemned union-busting.
