So specific spells are set to drop at specific places? I was thinking it was some kind of random deal?

all class spells drop everywhere now, the mobs now hold certain levels of spells instead of class.

I'm going to post a spell drop guide in the Guild Library and let you guys post what you find ther, and update it as we find new stuff. I'm not doing this now, i'm doing it later tonight.
