a little more about raid tanking and such

I made a new thread since the other one was really old.

i nice idea on raids is to delegate TM's, Pactum does it, essentially they delegate the Main warrior the back up warrior and the back up for when the back up pulls a uliea and afk's. so only the main warrior engages the inc boss mob and the other two play rampage tank.

as for Tms on the plow in the raid notes section of the raid window they place t1 t2 t3 t4 t5 t6 etc etc etc, by the names of people T1 basically is the biggest agro whore Knight class in the guild, who's on the raid that is, they are the first TM so if there is one add they are the only person to agro it and tank mezz it until the raid finishs the main target. if there is 2 adds t1 gets one t2 gets another, you get the idea i hope. it eliminates agro whoring, this also works really well if all group leaders have HoTT so you can see who the mob is agroing, namely if you target Kind Tormax gimp ass guard and you see him targeting me you GTFO my mob.

it works really well, and actually lets clerics and droods save on mana if you think about it.
