I know when evaluating gear one of the standard equations is

1 ac = 5 hp

Can I get opinions on the follow equations

1 shielding = ??? hp
1 shielding = ??? ac

1 avoidance = ??? hp
1 avoidance = ??? ac

??? shielding = ??? avoidance

I know I am not including Spell or Dot shielding but this is a tank question.

as a warrior, I used 1% shielding = 60hp. as shielding is more useful on raid mobs than raid trash, may be slightly less for you.

going off memories, I ran the numbers when we were at time gods, and 1% shielding saved 50hp a hit. if I'm remebering that right, I'm not sure why I did 1=60, that was probably drastically undervalueing it.

shield = 50 hp
avoid = 1 ac per so 100 avoid = 100 ac.
avoid doesn't really translate into shielding, but i suppose you could.

is ac is hp 5 per 1.

and shielding is roughly 50 hp per.

we can figure that one shielding is worth 10 avoid. give or take.
