Though Guinness seems like a manly beer it actually has a low alcohol content compared to other beers...but give me a traditional Black & Tan (Guinness and Bass Ale) we have a winner :givemebeer: :drinking: :drunk: :cheers

Alcohol %
Guinness Extra Stout Gulnness (Ireland) 4.27 << (weaker than Miller Lite)
Bass & Co's Bale Ale Bass (England) 5.51

Budwelser King of Beers Anheuser Busch (USA) 4.82
Miller High Life Beer Miller (USA) 4.80
Miller Lite Pilsner Beer Mlller (USA) 4.40

Duvel - 8.5%
Orval - 6.2%

Only beers you will ever need! I can't drink American beer, it's disgusting. New Belgium brewery comes close though.

All of you are too picky. Beer to me is like beef. I like a filet as well as a roast or hamburger, it is all good.

I still want an "all of the above" option.

American beers, Canadian beers, Mexican beers, Euro beers, local microbrews are all good. Pale, dark, amber, whatever...I don't discriminate beers based on color! I do prefer bottles to cans though. Unless that can is a keg.

I have found very few I have disliked. Lite beers are not my thing and fruity beers are not my favorite, although Corona + lime and the lake/ocean on a hot summer day are made for each other.

Whats in my fridge atm? Budweiser, Labatts Blue, Corona, Coors (in the can, for my dad), Killians, and a couple of bottles of homebrew my dad made.

Here is my breakdown on Beer. Different situations call for different beers:

Good Steak Dinner = Black & Tan
Pizza / Playing EQ = Michelob Ultra < current beer of choice (gotta watch the cals and carbs)
Christmas Time = Green Bottle Beer Heineken or Molson Golden
Hanging at the Beach = Corona
Casual Dinner out to eat (General) = Samuel Adams
Casual Dinner out to eat (Outback Steak House) = Fosters

Chinese right? Not bad either.

I went to a local Japanese restaurant with my wife for our anniversary. I figured I would order a Japanese beer. So I picked one and ordered it (don't recall the name atm). I look at the bottle and it says "brewed in St Louis Missouri by AB" HA! So next round I order a Sapporo. I look at that can (Sapporo has the coolest can imo) and it says "brewed in Guelph Ontario" Finally! the North Americans taking jobs from the Japanese!

When I was on a cruise last Thanksgiving one of our stops was St Thomas USVI. My wife is looking for stores to spend money on and on the way I see the Virgin Islands brewing Co. Yay! a store for me! So we stop in and the guy tells me it is np walking around with open alcohol. So I order 2 bottles of their finest and get a T Shirt. When I was done I looked at that bottle (ok I am an odd person) Brewed in St Paul MN....go figure.
