Hey there Tribal Fury, thought I would say hi and all that. I don't expect any but a small handful of misfits to remember me.

Anyone out there enjoying Red Dead Redemption? Look for Bill French on page 17 of the booklet, or the ingame credits!

Haha, those bitches laid be off before the project was completed. Now I'm finishing my Bachelor's degree (finally) and working full time as an IT grunt @ a private school K-12. The school is called Milton Academy.

I proposed to Rae last March, we are getting married next August, haha. I know, I should wait a bit longer right? No, just taking our time so we can save some money and have a crazy throwdown. She currently has her Master's in acupuncture and is a licensed acupuncturist in MA.

So yeah, to your guys that knew me, HOLLA!

Oh, I went over to visit our Pittsburgh crew over in wow and they are pretty non-existant. Pensfan is all but gone and Snurple is also never on when I visit. They are Horde side on Durotan <Union of Death> is the guild.

I visited the server Kunglao and Copulous played on, Bonechewer horde-side, but they haven't been around in forever.

I'm still around, Deluin is in my guild on Earthen Ring, horde-side. We have 5 active memebers heh. I play occassionally but I've been really busy lately between school and the new job.

So yeah, if you want to play with some devs in RDR2, look me up. Badrae is our gamertag. I say we because Rae made the avatar and we both use the system pretty evenly.

Bilnick and Ranjaling, I never know when it is you guys or your kids playing. I've been shy about approaching you guys on xbla. Harrass me sometime before I harrass your kids accidentally haha!

RDR is sitting in the shrink wrap on my counter, I plan on playing it after this message. I thought we had chatted about that game while it was in development. I saw the 360 version for $49 on amazon and couldn't resist.

Lately my kids have been on the Xbox 99% of the time. After 10pm on a weeknight, it's pretty much me.

Congrats on the engagement!

Hello Bill. Good to see you drift by oh tall one.

I am moving to Kansas this Summer - so will be on central time.

I saw some adverts for that game, and was impressed someone went back to Gunfighter/old west Genre - one of the least explored gaming themes for the amount of lore and nostalgia for that mythos.

haha awesome! Serano, how many houses will this be, #4? You should retire now and just collect rent ;)

My new job has some downtime, so I'll be harassing you guys no doubt.

Yeah the western genre, interestingly enough the game kinda focuses on the death of the era. If you saw how big the game map was when I started on the project compared to what shipped, you would shit. They cut the game down to 33% of what it was.

Of course, R* is certainly becoming an advocate of the downloadable content method for stuff they can't get out in time.

Most of the stuff my studio worked on is still in development. We worked exclusively on the multiplayer stuff, which was awesome. Shame almost none of it shipped.

The single player is addictive though, I've been totally hogtied by it!

Alright Bil, if I catch you on after 10 I'll accost you. Oh haha, your 10 isn't my 10 is it? Noted.

haha dude, that username cracked me up.

Watching her reaction to EQ was amazing. She really got roped in because she had insider infoz about all the officer and guild drama back in the day. She was an awful necromancer though.

I was an awful necromancer teacher.

Anyhow, that username was made by her when she realized she was being cranky one day. Dubba still calls her that name haha!

Dubba been around recently?

Oh Oerin, I mean Mesomeso, how the hell have you been!? The D&D game I've been running is still running! We hit the 2-year mark this past April. Currently 6 regular players, level ranges from 3-6. No one has run into any Giant Eagles yet ;)

Hey there, glad to see you and your soon to be ex-wife are doing well. That game you are talking about just came on TV last Saturday(?) at midnight. Basically, a western show that looked like a video game. I'm not much into westerns, but it looked OK if you are. I've never touched the game. I see Dubba pop in and out of TFChat at times. I don't know if he plays regularly or not. He has encountered some hard times in life off and on this last year or so.

I bought one house in NC and currently renting it. Bought a house in California - Sold it to my mother - we have a business arrangement - I am paying her back her loss in it without interest. Then I bought another house in California and then this one in Kansas.

So I only have three houses I own, and a 4th house I have a business interest in.

This one will be rented when I move to Kansas -and when I leave Kansas in a year we will rent out that one. None of the houses are paid for - but if I follow my plan - my NC house will be paid for in 7 years. I owe FAR more than each of the other two houses than I have paid off - so not "making" money on the rent. Just making payments.

haha, while on the subject of RDR:

Horseshoes, possibly the worst implementation of a minigame, ever.

My hint for winning a game of Horseshoes @ MacFarlane's Ranch:
Only bet $1. The difficulty is based on your bet from $1-10.

I got a ringer last night and ... if you've tried horseshoes in RDR ...you'd understand what that means haha.

The co-op missions that I worked tons on, are going to be the first DLC pack. Also, there is multiplayer horseshoes, poker, liar's dice and possibly blackjack incoming.

Glad to hear from you. Was some good times while I was working up there. Might yet get a call to finish up the last part of that project.
