You must stay alive to increase the bonus. Each level alive increases the bonus X1
Oh - I think I figured out boost bonus - looks like you have to hold space bar down thru consecutive hoops.
If you can make it to level 20 - it appears to repeat after that. It speeds up the base speed of your stunt plane after if flips.
